Between when this picture was taken and now multiple people have hit me while I was parked or sitting still, I got a brand new stereo put in it, new Flowmasters a few other random things and it has stopped working all together about 5 or 6 times for various reasons. By the way, these picutres will take a while to load, they are resized so that if you want to view them in thier full size right click>view image.

My mom has a little digital camera that she enjoys playing with, and so without my consent she decided to take a picture. Therefore this is proof that I did help on the car, cause I'm not in many pictures since I took most of them. In case you are curious, I was changing the spark plugs. This was soon after we bought it, it needed a tune up.

I don't want to talk about this one...I blame this on the mechanic that installed my flowmasters.

Getting the engine out of the car without breaking much was a slight chore, we didn't have any special toys in order to do it, so we figured the nearest tree would do fine. I regret to say we don't have a picture of it from the tree, but here's the car, under the tree, without the engine.

It just so happens to be a tree house in this tree, above the car, that helped us obtain the engine.

Here be mine leet rigging. It was a cheap little setup that actually worked pretty well.

Here is the hood, all by itself, it was quite lonely I'm sure.

After we started taking the engine apart we became less worried about the pictures and more worried about the project itself. This is before we cleaned up and put new parts on the intake manifold.

This is before we had done much and finally got it onto the stand, that was a no fun.

This is obviously the engine, we had just taken the heads off.

Crankshaft just in and starting to put some parts back together.

1/9/04 This is right after the carburetor was finished and I was working on the door latch.
